Alexandra Schultheis

Alexandra Schultheis, Public Member and designated attorney appointment, was appointed to the Board by Governor Gavin Newsom in August 2025.
Schultheis currently serves as the Mediation Director and Senior Investigator at the San Francisco Department of Police Accountability. She has been with the DPA since 2019.
Prior to her work at DPA, Schultheis worked as a civil attorney, a legal writer, and a market researcher. Schultheis earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) where she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she graduated with highest honors in the major. She has been a certified mediator since 2015.
Her term expires on January 15, 2029.
