ZEV Readiness Awards

Please be advised that the inclusion of a jurisdiction/municipality name on the New Motor Vehicle Board (herein after called NMVB) website or other promotional materials related to the ‘ZEV Readiness Awards’ program are voluntary recognitions and do not create any vested right or property interest of any kind.
NMVB reserves the sole and absolute right to:

1. Modify, suspend, or terminate the ‘ZEV Readiness Awards’ program at any time, with or without notice.
2. Remove an award recipients name from any listing on the NMVB website or other promotional materials related to the program at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or cause.

A Certificate of Recognition is intended as an expression of appreciation for the voluntary participation of a California jurisdiction or municipality in the ZEV Readiness Awards program as of the date of issuance and does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of performance, or create any contractual obligation on the part of NMVB. NMVB shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the termination or modification of the program or the removal of an award recipients name from any listing.
